All the GET MOVING programs are 6 weeks long.

All programs start the monday following your purchase. Upon expiry of your program you receive a discount code to repurchase it for only 9.99$ CAD.

Upon purchase, you will receive an invitation to download my app where you will be able to access your program. Within each workout, you have video demonstrations of the exercises as well as detailed sets/reps and/or intervalls. The app has a built in timer for the time based workouts!

All the programs increase in difficulty over the weeks and you have the possibility to substitute exercises if needed.

Also included on the app is the option to track your progress through your load as well as pictures and body measurements

Vicky has my absolute favorite workouts! I have done personal training with two different in-person trainers and four different workout guru, two who are full on trainers and two who were just (from what I can find) influencers none of which I could stick with. Vicky’s workouts are the only ones that not only can I stick with but also feel like I’m getting a great workout without over doing it or giving up! I have done three of her workout plans the original no equipment get moving at home workout, the 2021 advent calendar, and the new get moving at home with dumbbells. As a beginner I’m always concerned about pre-planned workouts being too hard while her plans are hard they are not too hard and I am really enjoying them! I also feel like I will continue to be able to have them be useful as I get more advanced!

 I thought the program for Get Moving was great and the video provided really helped to ensure the exercise was followed properly. Also the ability to switch or substitute certain exercises also gave way to keep the daily workouts fresh and interesting while working on new aspects of my fitness. 10/10 recommend!!
